Rationale:

Telecommunications Engineering is a diverse field of engineering involving electronic, civil and systems engineering which seeks to support and enhance communication systems. Telecommunications provides a technological foundation for societal communications. This course aims to introduce the students to the fundamentals of telecommunication engineering.  The work extends from basic circuitry design to strategic mass developments. A telecommunication engineer is responsible for designing and overseeing the installation of telecommunications equipment and facilities.
