Gender and Literature

The course Gender and Equality , introduces students to the significant texts to understand the ‘real life’ feminism by providing a theoretical framework. This course will help students become feminist literacy critics. It will take them through  a journey of writings that have shaped the images of women in the history of literature. Concentrating on literary texts, the primary focus is to understand the diversity of women’s realities and situations. The selection of texts can change and vary as required.
