The communication skills essential in the workplace include basic oral and writing skills and the ability to communicate in work groups and teams with persons of diverse background, and when engaged in problem solving and conflict management. At the end of this course, pharmacy students will be able to learn how to communicate both in internal and external settings of pharmacy practices.
