This subject acquaints students to the basic strategies and tactics for conducting civil litigation in Banglades. It deals with issues of jurisdiction,institution of plaint, written statement, processes of discovery, examination of parties, various interlocutory applications,amendment of proceedings, settlement of issues,appeal, review, revision execution of judgments and so on. After successful completion of this course students will get overall knowledge about civil litigation of Bangladesh.
