The law of Arbitration and Mediation is a very important law mainly for civil cases to solve any case mutually under the direct supervision of the court. In this, Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) includes dispute resolution processes and techniques that act as a means for disagreeing parties to come to an agreement short of litigation. This helps to come to a decision shortly and which also is effective. We will discuss about Bangladeshi laws about Arbitration in the course.
