Projects have been around since ancient times. Because of the ever-growing array of huge, complex, and technically challenging projects in today’s world, executives at the same time people in general has difficulty in understanding projects. Even though these people realize they need special tools, techniques, and knowledge to handle their new types of assignments, they may not be able or willing to devote large amounts of time to acquire them. The course covers key components of project management including modern project management, project times and costs, project schedule, managing risk, project teams etc. Several strategies, like interactive lecture, homework, self-assessment, brainstorming, group discussion will be followed to make students understand the course. Students will be evaluated on five categories namely attendance and participation, quiz, assignment, midterm and final exam
