Principles of Management

Overview of the course:

Management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. This course helps students to understand what a manager does, and how they are integral to planning, organizing, leading, and controlling a modern organization. Also, helps to understand human behavior so one can motivate others to perform at their best. It also aids to recognize the characteristics of proper management by identifying what successful managers do and how they do it. This course is designed to teach students the fundamentals of management as they are practiced today.
