Criminal Procedure Code

This course introduces students with the criminal justice systems and applicable laws of Bangladesh. After successful completion of this course students would acquire a deeper knowledge of overall criminal procedure such as institution of case, arrest, trial, bail, judgment, appeal, review, revision so on. In addition learners will get practical skill that they would analyse and apply in practical field.
