This course is designed to introduce the students with the basic rules and principles of law of Specific Relief Act and Law of Limitation. The law of Specific Relief Act deals with Recovery of possession of property, Specific performance of contracts, Rectification of instruments, Rescission of contracts, Cancellation of Instruments, Declaratory decrees, Injunction and so on. On the other hand the Law of limitation prescribes the time-limit for different suits within, which an aggrieved person can approach the court for redress or justice. After successfully completing this course students will able to analyse and apply these rules to resolve legal issues.
