Course info
This course carry 3 credits to be completed within 6month as per university policy. The assessment of the course has been categorized as 30% Midterm and Assignment/Presentation, 10% Class Attendance, 10% Quizzes, and 50% Final Exam which cover 100% of total marks. PHR 09161109: Pharmacognosy-I course will be conducted through On campus classes and also lecture will be provided online here as instructions of Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh.
Upon completing course you should be able to define the use of natural products (e.g. medicinal plants and herbs) in pharmacy and therapy and investigate different fields and disciplines related to study of natural drugs and pharmacognosy science including sample preparation and separation.
