This course provides a general overview of important problem-solving techniques, with a focus on helping you to communicate complex materials clearly and simply. By developing better logic in business writing and thinking, you will be equipped to become a successful manager in a competitive business environment.

Students enrolled in Professional Communications will identify, analyze, develop and evaluate communication skills in interpersonal situations, group interactions, and personal and professional presentations.
