Industrial Psychology

This course will provide an Introduction to Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a scientific discipline that studies human behavior in the workplace. The course will provide a scientist-practitioner view of the discipline. Students will learn the scientific basis of human behavior at work and how they relate to processes of hiring, developing, managing and supporting employees.
