Organizational Behavior

This course is intended to provide the students with the concepts of the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations in terms of theories and models. The course covers areas such as individual and group behavior at work, as well as organizational processes such as communication in the workplace and managing conflict and negotiation.  The students will acquire the takeaway skills they can put into practice immediately.
