Overview of the Course

Mercantile law is a body of laws, regulations, customs that deal with the practices of local and international commerce. It includes all types of business transactions such as contracts, copyrights, franchising, insurance, licensing, patents, shipping and transport, trademarks, securities etc. From this course students will acquire a wide range of commercial knowledge to conduct their own business lawfully and also would be able to work as legal compliance officers, lawyers, business executives etc.
