Law of Equity and Trust

This course aims to enable students, through the study of cases, statutes and other material, to acquire a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of, and competence in, equity law. Furthermore, this course aims to make students conversant with certain fundamental legal principles regarding law of property transfers. As the name suggests, the course embodies both the laws and principles relating to both Equity and Trust.
