This course is assigned to learn about the marketing strategy and business management of a pharmaceutical company and to self-develop the incumbent to furnish the employment field. So that the course materials are relevant to the present and modern need of the stake holder.

Rationale: Pharmaceutical Management is a comprehensive introductory course on the management process from a manager’s perspective, with particular emphasis on the skills, competencies, techniques and knowledge needed to successfully manage pharmaceutical company.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs): To manage business strategy development and planning of a pharmaceutical company in the dynamic global environment and solve problems in companies by offering a set of analytical tools.
