Course info

Hello Students,
Welcome to the course “Introduction to Legal Research Methods.” I am Sumayya Rahman, Lecturer in the Department of Law, and I will be guiding you through this journey.
Legal research is not just about finding cases or reading books, it is about developing the ability to question, analyze, and present arguments with clarity. In this course, we will gradually build these skills through weekly readings, discussions, and practical tasks. You will have opportunities to work on quizzes, assignments, forums, case studies, and a term paper. Each of these activities is designed to strengthen your understanding and help you apply legal research in real contexts.
To make the most out of this course, I encourage you to:
Log in regularly to keep track of updates and instructions.
Share your thoughts in discussions and don’t hesitate to ask questions.
